An Phat Holdings approved 25% bonus stocks for existing shareholders

At the 2nd General Meeting of Shareholders in this year, the Board of Directors An Phat Holdings (HOSE: APH) approved the plan of issuing the number of bonus shares for existing shareholders.

In the morning on December 23rd, 2021, An Phat Holdings are agreed on the plan of bonus shares issuance to increase share capital from owner’s equity, at An Dong industrial cluster, Nam Sach town, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province.

Accordingly, An Phat Holdings are going to issue more 48.776.860 shares with the selling price is $0.44/share (10.000 VND/share). Execution rate is 2100:25 (at the closing date of the list of shareholders to exercise their rights, shareholders owning 100 ordinary shares will receive 25 new shares).

The number of issued shares from owner’s equity for each shareholder will be rounded down to the units column. The odd number of shares arising from rounding down to units (if any) will be cancelled. The number of shares for increasing the share capital from owner’s equity will be not restricted to transfer.

The target audiences are existing shareholders who are holding An Phat Holdings’ common shares at the time of closing the right to receive new shares in accordance with the law and of approving the capital increase plan by General Meeting of Shareholders. After the successful shares’ issuance, the total value of additional issuance at par will be around $21.2 million (487.768.600.000 VND)

According to the recent announcement of Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report JSC.) in 2021, An Phat Holdings has entered the top 174/500 the largest enterprises in Vietnam and top 74/100 the largest private enterprises in Vietnam. These results recognized the incessant effort of An Phat Holdings, especially in the context of the economy affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

In 2021, accumulated for the first 9 months of the year, the cooperation achieved consolidated revenue and consolidated pre-tax profit of $446 million (VND 10,233 billion) and $11 million (VND 246 billion), respectively, up 69% and 15% from the same period in 2020. The total revenue in the first 9 months of the year 2021 reached $52.1 million (VND 1.195 billion), a 74% increase over the same period.
