Today, on January 29, 2021, Mr. Pham Anh Duong – Chairman of the boards and Mr. Dinh Xuan Cuong – Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of An Phat Holdings appointed Mr. Nguyen Le Thang Long, Mr. Pham Van Tuan, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong to the position of Acting Deputy CEOs. The decision takes effect from 29 January 2021.
Mr. Nguyen Le Thang Long has been working at An Phat Holdings since November 2017 and has served as Director of Research and Development Division. He is appointed as Acting Deputy CEO, taking charge of research and development of compostable materials and products. Mr. Nguyen Le Thang Long is also the Chairman of Anbio Joint Stock Company and a member of the Board of Management of Ankor Bioplastics (a subsidiaries of An Phat Holdings).
Mr. Pham Van Tuan is currently CEO of An Phat Complex and is appointed as Acting Deputy CEO of An Phat Holdings, in charge of industrial real estate business.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong has been working at An Phat Holdings since October 2018 and has held the positions of Head of Planning Department, Production Division, Deputy Director of Planning Department, Director of Business Planning Department. She is currently appointed as Acting Deputy CEO of An Phat Holdings, in charge of planning and supply chain development.
Thus, after this appointment, the Board of Directors of An Phat Holdings consists of 5 members: Mr. Dinh Xuan Cuong – Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Pham Do Huy Cuong – Standing Deputy CEO and CFO, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tien – Deputy CEO, and Mr. Nguyen Le Thang Long, Mr. Pham Van Tuan, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong hold the title of Acting Deputy CEO. With the addition of key personnel positions in the Board of Directors, An Phat Holdings expects to have more strength for the Group’s key activities in the coming time.
