On 9 June, An Phat Holdings joined in the launching ceremony of the national movement against plastic waste held by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Hanoi People’s Committee and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, attended by the Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc.
Participating in the Launching Ceremony and the Union against Plastic Waste, An Phat Holdings was known as an active member with many significant contributions in overcoming plastic waste challenge, and save our green environment for the future Vietnamese generations. Remarkably, the Corporation has dedicated and successfully developed AnEco 100% compostable products which are made entirely from starch to replace plastic bags and disposable plastic products, ensuring 100% eco-friendly.
At the event, the Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc awarded the logo to Member of the Union against Plastic Waste, visited An Phat Holdings’ exhibition booth, and highly appreciated the movement against plastic waste.
On behalf of An Phat Holdings, Mr. Pham Anh Duong, the Chairman of the Board of Management committed to keep working with the government to handle the plastic waste challenge. The Corporation will focus on researching and developing more eco-friendly products, as well as actively cooperate with public and private organizations to implement the most useful and practical environmental protection programs.
In this event, An Phat Holdings and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment cooperated to launch the campaign on “Million of Signatures to Support the Movement against Plastic Waste to Protect the Environment”.
