On October 14th, 2020, the 50th Anniversary Ceremony of World Standards Day and the workshop “Standards for promoting green growth” took place in Hanoi. At the ceremony, An Phat Holdings was honored as “The enterprise has many contributions to standardization activities in 2020”.
Responding to World Standards Day’s message: “Standards help protect the planet”, the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality – Ministry of Science and Technology held the ceremony in association with Workshop “Standards for promoting green growth”.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Science – Technology – Mr Le Xuan Dinh, Deputy General Director of Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality – Mr Nguyen Hoang Linh, representatives of international organizations ISO, IEC and others delegates come from agencies, organizations and enterprises.
Attending the ceremony, on behalf of An Phat Holdings, there were Mr. Dinh Xuan Cuong – Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer; Mr Pham Do Huy Cuong – Standing Deputy General Director, Chief Financial Officer; Mr. Nguyen Le Thang Long – Research and Development Director.
The ceremony honored members of the National Technical Standards Board and businesses who have made a lot of contributions to standardization activities. An Phat Holdings is one of the few companies honored with many contributions to the completion of a research project, building up the TCVN 13114 standard – the first Vietnamese standard to help accurately identify plastics composting ability and fully biodegradable.
In the near future, An Phat Holdings hopes to continue to coordinate with the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality in development and application of standards and technical regulations for green products and materials.
At the event, the booth which displayed the compostable products manufactured AnEco and the high-tech interior plastic product AnPro received the attention of many delegates and guests. AnEco is the first green product line in Vietnam to obtain many international certificates for compostable plastic products and eco-friendly.
As a pioneer in Vietnam in the compostable products manufactured, An Phat Holdings aims to possess a full range of certificates that meet biodegradable standards in Vietnam and around the world.
In addition to business activities, An Phat Holdings pays great attention to projects that collaborate with authorities to contribute and widely common eco-friendly and helpful products. This coordination will be the starting for major projects of An Phat Holdings in the future.
