On June 24th, 2020, at the headquarters of Hanoi Plastics JSC (Ticker: NHH), NHH held the 1st Extraordinary Shareholders General Meeting in 2020, approving the changes in the company’s business lines; dismissing and electing some additional members of the Board of Directors.
Specifically, the company abandoned the export and import sales of goods (excluding auction activities); at the same time, NHH also added the manufacturing of plastic products. Through this amendment, NHH supplemented Article 4, Clause 1, corresponding to the business line in accordance with the change of business registration as follows:
