On the morning of February 15, 2024, in the joyful atmosphere of the beginning of the new year, the BoD of An Phat Holdings visited, worked, and wished New Year to the Group’s employees and subsidiaries. Representatives of the BoD include Mr. Nguyen Le Trung – Founder, Vice Chairman of the Group, Ms. Nguyen Thi Tien – Standing Vice Chairwoman and Mr. Pham Do Huy Cuong – CEO.
This is an annual activity of the Group’s BoD, demonstrating care, sharing, and listening to the thoughts and aspirations of employees on the occasion of the New Year, thereby enhancing the spirit of solidarity, attachment, and sharing between them and employees.
At the meeting, the BoD recognized and praised the spirit of efforts to overcome difficulties and the results achieved by the units in 2023, thereby positively contributing to the success of the Group.
In addition, the BoD also encourages all employees to focus on completing plans and goals in 2024. In the new year, although there are still many difficulties and challenges, the BoD hopes that the Group’s employees will continue to maintain the spirit of solidarity, and determination to unite, complete proposed plans, and move towards building the Group with sustainable development.
In particular, the BoD also emphasized that they will always pay attention and create the most favorable conditions for the Companies to perform their assigned tasks well, and at the same time called on all employees to coordinate closely to achieve high efficiency in work. Working, affirming, unifying, and promoting collective strength is the guideline for the Group’s future development.
