In only 4 months of 2019, An Trung Industries JSC – a member of An Phat Holdings Group – had continuously become a supplier of plastic components to the world’s two leading corporations, Samsung and Brother.
In early April 2019, An Trung Industries signed a cooperation agreement to supply phone plastic to Elentec. At that time, Elentec was the first tier vender of Samsung. Thus, An Trung Industries became the second tier vender of phone plastic to Samsung.
This was a great success of An Trung Industries in the journey of innovation and improvement in technology, machinery, human resources,… to meet the rigorous standards of Elentec and Samsung. The fact that An Trung Industries had become a supplier for Samsung proved the right strategy and serious investment of An Phat Holdings when participating in supporting industries since 2018.
According to the contract, An Trung Industries will officially supply components used directly for the production of Samsung phones, contributing in bringing “made-in-Vietnam” quality products to customers around the world.
After Samsung, in August 2019, An Trung Industries officially became the first tier vender for Brother – a multinational corporation from Japan, specializing in the production of printers, fax machines, scanners, and label printers, industrial sewing machines and high-quality household sewing machines.
The process of becoming Brother’s supplier had been carried out continuously by An Trung Industries in nearly one year. This process started from October 2018 with the serious investment and tireless efforts of An Trung Industries and An Phat Holdings, in order to innovate and improve technology, machinery, human resources,… and meet the rigorous standards of Brother – the world’s leading corporation with branches operating in 44 countries.
Final test results from Samsung and Brother showed that An Trung Industries had passed all the global standards set by these firms for the supplier system. This meant that the products made by An Trung were equal quality to all products manufactured in advanced countries such as Korea, Japan, and Europe.
In addition to these two partners, An Trung Industries has about 10 other big customers including famous multinational companies and Vietnamese enterprises, mainly in the field of electricity – electronics such as Daiwa/ Yamaha, Panasonic, VinSmart, ACE ANTENA,…
At present, An Trung Industries focuses mainly on producing technical plastic component products with an output of about 9,000,000 products/ month.
The target strategy of An Trung Industries is focusing strongly on customers of the electrical and electronics segment to provide products that are the company’s strength. An Trung Industries factory is invested VND 400 billion, covers an area of 13,000 m2 with 42 production lines, all of them are imported from Japan and South Korea.
An Trung Industries’ goal is to become a link in supply chain of supporting industry for FDI companies in Vietnam.
